DIRECT LICENSING GUIDELINES (PUBLIC PERFORMANCE AND TRANSMISSION RIGHTS) – TARAMPA MUSIC PTY LTD

Our Direct Licensing Guidelines

1.  These are the direct licensing guidelines of Tarampa Music Pty Ltd (Tarampa Music) and such guidelines apply to all sound recordings and music videos owned and controlled by Tarampa Music. At present Tarampa Music does not have the capacity to directly licence any of Tarampa Music’s owned or controlled sound recordings or music videos for public performance or transmission.

2.  Given the legal and administrative costs involved with direct licensing, Tarampa Music is unable to offer direct licenses of Tarampa Music’s owned or controlled sound recordings or music videos at competitive rates for public performance or transmission. Tarampa Music will review this position every 12 months to consider whether the size and skill base of Tarampa Music’s organisation enables Tarampa Music to engage in direct licensing.

3.  In the meantime, if you require a licence for the public performance or transmission of one of Tarampa Music’s sound recordings or music videos you should contact the Phonographic Performance Company of Australia Ltd (PPCA) at distribution.mail@ppca.com.au or call (02) 8569 1133.
